Final pricing depends on the model, features, certification, location, and project scope.

Final pricing is provided through a formal quote after reviewing your project details.
Do website prices include delivery?
No. Website prices do not include delivery, logistics, unloading, crane, forklift, or final placement costs.

Yes. You can complete the Estimator or browse available models to get an initial estimate before speaking with QUBOX®.
7. What is the difference between an estimate and a formal quote?
An estimate gives you a preliminary price idea.
A formal quote gives you official project numbers after QUBOX® reviews your details.
8. Can the price change after receiving a formal quote?
If the approved scope does not change, the price should not change.
If you request modifications or change project details, the quote may need to be updated.

9. What QUBOX® models are available?
QUBOX® offers different models organized by collections, including living spaces, studio-style units, business models, and flexible-use spaces.You can explore them in the Models section, where each model includes images, general features, and an estimated price range.
10. Can I choose a model from the website and request an estimate?
Yes. You can visit the Models Menu, choose the model you like, and request an estimate for that specific model.This is one of the ways to start Step 1 of the QUBOX® Purchase Guide.
11. Can I modify a QUBOX® model?
Yes. Some models can be adjusted with minor changes, such as windows, doors, colors, furniture, finishes, or certain interior details.Any modification must be reviewed by QUBOX® to confirm feasibility, pricing, and timeline impact.
12. Does QUBOX® build fully custom projects?
QUBOX® mainly works with pre-developed models, but we can review adjustments or variations depending on the project.Fully custom projects may require a special review for design, cost, timeline, and feasibility.
13. Can I add or remove windows, doors, furniture, or features?
Yes. In many cases, certain elements such as windows, doors, furniture, or specific features can be added or removed.These changes should be reviewed before the formal quote, since they may affect the final price.
14. Can I change colors, finishes, or the interior/exterior style?
Yes. Some colors, finishes, and aesthetic details can be adjusted depending on availability and project scope.These changes are reviewed during the project details stage before preparing the formal quote.
15. What container sizes do you use?
QUBOX® can work with 20 ft and 40 ft containers.
16. How much interior space does a 20 ft or 40 ft container have?
A 20 ft container offers approximately 140–160 sq ft of usable interior space.A 40 ft container offers approximately 280–320 sq ft of usable interior space.
17. Do published models already include a kitchen, bathroom, bed, laundry, or A/C?
All QUBOX® projects include an A/C unit, because climate control is part of our standard build approach.Other features, such as a kitchen, bathroom, bed, laundry area, furniture, or appliances, depend on the selected model and project scope.Each model page shows its main included features.
18. Can I request a model without certain elements, such as a bed, furniture, or kitchen?
Yes. In many cases, we can review the option to remove or modify certain elements from a model.These changes must be confirmed by QUBOX® to review pricing, scope, and feasibility before preparing the formal quote.
Payment Plans
19. Does QUBOX® offer financing?
QUBOX® does not offer financing or bank credit.However, we offer structured payment plans depending on the project type and selected build timeline.
20. Are QUBOX® payment plans considered financing or credit?
No. QUBOX® payment plans are not loans, credit programs, or bank financing.They are internal payment structures tied to the construction process and included in the Construction Agreement.
21. What payment plans are available?
QUBOX® offers different payment plans depending on the project type and estimated build timeline.Available options may include the Priority Build Plan, Standard Progress Plan, Extended Progress Plan, and Certified Extended Progress Plan.
22. Can I start my project with an initial payment?
Yes. A project can begin with an initial payment after the final scope is approved, the payment plan is selected, and the Construction Agreement is signed.The initial payment must be received and confirmed before construction officially begins.
23. Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
Not necessarily. Depending on the selected plan, the project may be paid in different stages.The payment plan is confirmed before signing the Construction Agreement.
24. Can I make monthly payments?
Yes. Some plans allow payments to be distributed throughout the construction process.Monthly payments mainly apply to extended plans, depending on the project type and selected payment plan.
25. Can the payment plan affect the build timeline?
Yes. At QUBOX®, the selected payment plan is directly connected to the estimated build timeline.Some plans are designed for a faster build, while others spread the process over a longer period.
26. When is the initial payment required?
The initial payment is required after signing the Construction Agreement.Once the initial payment is received and confirmed, QUBOX® can prepare the formal start of the project.
27. When is the final payment required?
The final payment is required after construction is completed and final project evidence has been shared.The project is not released for delivery until the final payment has been received and confirmed.
28. What payment methods do you accept?
QUBOX® may accept Bank Wire Transfer, Zelle, Credit / Debit Card, and Check.Payments must be received, processed, and confirmed before they are considered officially completed.
29. Can I reserve a project or secure a construction slot?
QUBOX® does not use an informal deposit to automatically secure production.To formally secure a project, the final scope must be approved, the payment plan selected, the Construction Agreement signed, and the required initial payment completed.
30. Is the project released before it is fully paid?
No. The project is not released for delivery, loading, transport, or pickup until the final payment has been fully received and confirmed by QUBOX®.
Build Timeline
31. How long does it take to build a QUBOX® project?
The build timeline depends on the selected plan and project type.Estimated build timelines may be 8, 12, 24, or 32 weeks, depending on the payment plan, project scope, and certification requirements.
32. When does the build timeline officially start?
The build timeline officially starts when QUBOX® sends the first proof of project start.This happens after the Construction Agreement is signed and the initial payment has been received and confirmed.
33. Do certified projects take longer?
Yes. Certified projects may take longer because they can require additional reviews, audits, inspections, or certification-related processes.For this reason, certified projects usually have a longer estimated timeline than non-certified projects.
34. Does the build timeline include delivery?
No. The build timeline does not include delivery.Construction and delivery are separate stages. Delivery is coordinated after the project is completed and the release process is completed.
35. Will I receive photos or videos during construction?
Yes. QUBOX® sends scheduled construction updates during the build phase.These updates may include photos, videos, and progress evidence according to the Construction Agreement.
36. Can I see my project during construction?
Yes. When applicable, live video calls can be scheduled directly from your project to show real-time progress.A final review may also be scheduled by video call or in-person visit, depending on the project and agreement.
37. What happens if I want to make changes during construction?
Any change requested during construction must be reviewed by QUBOX®.Changes may require written approval, price adjustments, and possible timeline adjustments.
38. What happens when construction is completed?
Once construction is completed, QUBOX® shares final project evidence.After that, the final payment must be completed before the project is released for Delivery Coordination.
Certification & Permits
39. Do I need certification for my project in California?
Not necessarily. It depends on the intended use, location, and the requirements of the city or county.
40. What is the difference between California HCD Certified and Quality Standard Build?
Both options are built with the same quality, materials, care, and internal inspections. California HCD Certified also includes formal reviews, inspections, approvals, and documentation required by the State of California.
41. Can QUBOX® build certified projects for California?
Yes. QUBOX® can build projects under the California HCD Certified process for the State of California.
42. Can a Quality Standard Build unit be used in California?
Yes. Its use will depend on the type of project, location, and the requirements established by the city or county.
43. Does QUBOX® handle building permits or local permits?
No. Building permits and local approval processes are handled directly by the client.
44. Is the client responsible for reviewing requirements with the city or county?
Yes. The client must confirm the applicable requirements with the city or county based on the project’s location and intended use.
45. What information can QUBOX® provide to assist with permits or local reviews?
QUBOX® can provide available project information, including plans, dimensions, specifications, and applicable technical documentation.
46. Does certification increase the project price or timeline?
Yes. The California HCD Certified process requires additional reviews, inspections, and documentation, which increases both the project price and timeline.
Delivery & Site Preparation
47. Where does QUBOX® deliver?
QUBOX® provides delivery services throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and other locations based on project logistics.

51. What must be ready before delivery?
The site must be clear, accessible, and prepared with the required foundation or support system. Adequate space for the delivery equipment must also be available.
52. Do I need a concrete slab, base, or foundation before delivery?
The required foundation depends on the project, location, and site conditions. It must be completed and ready before the scheduled delivery date.
53. Can QUBOX® place the project exactly where I want it?
Placement is coordinated based on site access, available space, equipment requirements, and the prepared foundation.
54. How long does delivery coordination take?
Delivery coordination typically takes approximately two weeks after the project is completed and ready for release.
55. What happens if my site is not ready for delivery?
The delivery will be rescheduled once the site is fully prepared. Any updated logistics will be coordinated with the client.
56. What happens if I change the delivery address?
The new address will require an updated logistics review. Delivery cost and scheduling will be adjusted accordingly.
57. Will I receive confirmation when my project is loaded and shipped?
